on88a operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at our reasonable discretion, we may require you to submit the following documentation:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following our request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until such documents are provided and verified.

No claims for hypothetical winnings from a voided game will be entertained.
